If you have made a booking but need to edit the number of guests or time you are coming, you can do this through the booking confirmation you received. When you click to edit your booking this will take you through what looks like a new booking, but rest assured it is just checking that we have availability for your new request. Didn't receive a booking confirmation? Give your junk mail a quick check as they can be a bit cheeky and end up there or the email entered may have been incorrect, in which case just give the Fonda you have booked with a call and we can help you. Edits to bookings can be made up to 6hrs prior to your booking time, if you need to make a change after this time please give us a call.
If you have ordered pick-up takeaway and something is not quite right please reach out to the venue you order from directly to get this amended. If you have ordered through Uber Eats please reach out to Uber through their 'Get Help' option.

Unfortunately, no. You can use your codes at the table QR ordering system. If you’re unsure about using your code or want a hand with our at-table ordering system, please chat to our Fondarians and they’ll help you out.
You can use your gift voucher code repeatedly until you’ve redeemed all of your Fondollars.
Unfortunately not, these can only be redeemed by your personal code.
Unfortunately, no, multi-tasking is off the cards. Our ordering system is a little traditional and won’t let you use more than one voucher code per transaction. But, you can put through multiple orders to redeem your vouchers, one-by-one.
