Our 6” soft shell tortillas are made from corn maize flour and are gluten free. These are used to complete our tacos and are grilled to make our tortilla crisps.

Agua Frescas are a traditional home made Mexican beverage designed to save you from getting ‘spiced out of town’. Changing seasonally, this summer’s Fonda Agua Fresca is ‘Horchata’, made using a family recipe of the Manzo Family.

TEQUILA
Fonda serves only 100% Agave tequilas, meaning the tequila is made purely from the agave plant with no added sugar. Many Australians have only experienced ‘Mixto’ tequilas, which are only 51% agave (the rest is sugar) generally consumed with lime/salt and leave you feeling worse for wear in the morning!
